At Kids Space Early Learning Center, our Kindergarten Readiness program is specifically designed to equip children aged 5 to 6 years with the skills they need to thrive in their first year of school. We focus on developing key academic and social abilities, ensuring that each child enters kindergarten with confidence and a solid foundation. Our curriculum includes activities that teach children how to write their name, write all the alphabet letters freehand, and count and write numbers up to 20. We work closely with local kindergarten teachers to identify the skills that are most essential for incoming students, tailoring our program to meet these needs. Additionally, our program includes unique experiences like an annual butterfly release and a graduation ceremony, celebrating each child’s readiness to move on to the next chapter of their educational journey.

Kindergarten Readiness (5 - 6 Years)
Our Kindergarten Readiness program at Kids Space is designed to ensure that your child is fully prepared to transition from preschool to kindergarten. We emphasize the development of fine motor skills through activities such as writing their name and practicing freehand writing of both the alphabet and numbers. Our teachers provide individualized attention to help each child master these foundational skills, ensuring they are well-prepared for the academic challenges ahead. We also include social development in our curriculum, teaching children how to interact positively with peers and adapt to a structured classroom environment. Unique to our program is the annual butterfly release, a hands-on science activity that teaches children about nature and life cycles, and our special graduation ceremony, marking their readiness to advance to kindergarten.
